ISOLAR COMFORTLUX® is insulated glazing that comprises one coloured pane and one pane of low emission NEUTRALUX® glass. This type of glazing is characterised by its ability to transmit high levels of light, giving a softly tinted tone and providing energy savings thanks to the low emission levels provided by NEUTRALUX® . As a whole, it provides very reduced levels heat transmission ratios.
ISOLAR COMFORTLUX® uses the mass of coloured glass itself to filter part of the solar energy, thus reducing the Solar Factor. The mass of coloured glass absorbs a large proportion of this energy and irradiates most of it towards the exterior, thus preventing any increase in the energy transmitted inside the building.
We recommend installing ISOLAR COMFORTLUX® with 16mm thick gap to optimise energy-saving properties, nevertheless, as with all other ISOLAR glazing, the glazing can be manufactured with gaps of other dimensions.
ISOLAR COMFORTLUX® is intended, just like SOLARLUX® , to be installed on the façades of unique buildings, meeting the most state-of-the-art needs of current architecture. Its four tones (grey, green, blue and bronze) can be perfectly integrated into façades and combined with other materials.
As ISOLAR® is glazing made up of glass and a gap or chamber, it can be enriched with other treatments such as, for example, sound insulating glass (AKUSTEX® ) or security glass (MULTIPACT® ).
